Leadership Team

Scott Lough

Innovative, meticulous and self-motivated. Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Control Lead with a proven record in building strong relationships, leading and supporting teams to deliver successful projects across numerous industries. Well versed in understanding core project needs and prioritising with conflicting demands while improving processes, policy and methodology for business optimisation. Extensive experience of investment delivery projects, both Capex and Revex, in highly regulated environments.

Graham Duncan

Experienced in planning and organising all elements of complex multi-million pound technical and production projects in the utility, power and asset intensive engineering environments.  Instrumental from inception to completion, with an understanding of the safety and environmental aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, whilst demonstrating knowledge of the project lifecycle (LCM).  Expert in Primavera P6 and Pertmaster (Risk Analysis).

Shaun McMurchy 

A highly motivated, flexible and innovative commercial manager with a proven track record of delivering in leadership roles, complex programs and demanding periods of mobilisation, transition and dispute. Extensive experience in various senior commercial management, project controls and dispute resolution roles across a broad spectrum of sectors and countries. ​A keen interest in further education has led to qualifications in Applied Physics, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law and the current undertaking of an MBA.
